A blend of traditional Indian spices and Assam black tea powder, sweetened with some natural apple fiber to create a seasonal favorite.

Our most unique chai flavor was born out of an enthusiasm for our favorite time of the year, fall in Wisconsin. The air crisps, Packers season begins, the leaves change, apples are harvested, and the midwest comes alive.

For those of you who don't know, apple orchards are a fun seasonal excursion in the midwest, in fact, my husband and my first date was to an apple orchard in September.  They provide an opportunity to get outside to enjoy the fall colors, as well as perhaps an apple cider, or, because we are in Wisconsin, perhaps a hard apple cider.

Inspired by the season and our cultures love of it, we concocted our Apple Chaider. The sweetest of our chais, our Apple Chaider tastes like fall in the Midwest, like grandma's apple crisp, or mom's apple pie, with just enough spice on the back end to remind you of its traditional Indian roots.

Best enjoyed on a back porch with friends overlooking the changing leaves on a crisp fall afternoon.

(We provide regular as well as decaf black tea powder options for all of our chais. If you are purchasing our chai for baking purposes, or if you prefer to brew your chai traditionally using loose leaf black tea, we also provide the option to order the spice blend without any black tea powder in it. You may use your own loose leaf black tea or purchase some on our website with your chai.)

(Sediment will begin to form at the bottom of your cup as your chai cools. Don't worry, they are just the spices responsible for making your chai so delicious. You can stir them back in or let them be.)
